Loccuro's RFID platform tracks your inventory, assets and orders in real time — so your whole team always knows exactly where everything is, without counting, calling, or chasing.
Loccuro runs on standard UHF RFID — tags, fixed readers, handheld scanners, forklift-mounted units and gate antennas. No proprietary lock-in. Works with Impinj, Zebra, Chainway and all major RFID equipment brands out of the box.
Every workflow has its own guided mode. Operators tap to start — the platform does the rest.
The actual Loccuro operator app — exactly as your team uses it on the floor.
From high-throughput distribution centres to server rooms and cold-chain logistics — built for the environments that never stop.
From tagging an item on day one to verifying a gate shipment — every workflow your team needs is built in and ready to use.
Commission, locate and label every physical asset — from first scan to full decommission.
5 workflowsBefore an asset can be tracked, it needs a digital identity. Manually entering items into a WMS is slow and prone to duplicates. With Asset Creation, an operator selects the asset type, scans the RFID tag and picks a location — the asset is live in Loccuro in seconds, with full traceability from that moment on.
Not every interaction requires a full movement workflow — sometimes you just need to confirm an asset is where it should be. Scan the RFID tag, select the current location, and Loccuro logs a verified location record with operator identity and timestamp. A lightweight check that still creates a complete audit entry.
In large facilities, a single misplaced asset can take hours to locate manually. Find Tag activates a live proximity search — select the asset from the list, walk toward it, and an audio tone gets louder the closer you get. Signal strength updates in real time, working like a directional detector for anything with an RFID tag.
Many operations run mixed systems — barcodes on the case label, RFID on the tag — and keeping both in sync manually causes errors. Marry Codes pairs a barcode or QR code to an RFID tag in a single scan action, creating one unified asset record with both identifiers. From that point, either scan type updates the same asset in Loccuro.
Sourcing pre-encoded RFID labels from an external supplier is slow and ties you to their encoding scheme. Print & Commission generates GS1-compliant RFID labels — SGTIN, GRAI, GIAI, SSCC and more — and prints them to a Zebra label printer directly from the operator app. Select the scheme, enter your company prefix and item reference, preview the EPC, print.
Record every asset transfer — inbound, outbound and internal — with a full audit trail and real-time location updates.
5 workflowsOutbound transfers without documentation create disputes and liability gaps when something goes missing. With Send Asset, the operator enters an optional reference, scans the items leaving and selects the destination — every asset's location is updated instantly and a timestamped transfer record is written. Nothing leaves undocumented.
Incoming goods without a digital check create immediate blind spots — you have no way to know if everything actually arrived. Receive Asset scans the arriving items and compares them to the expected transfer in real time, flagging discrepancies on the spot before the receiving form is signed. Every receipt becomes a verified, traceable event.
Internal relocations are the most frequent — and most under-documented — movements in any facility. Move Asset records a from-location, to-location and item scan in seconds, creating a complete movement record with both locations, operator identity and timestamp. Every relocation leaves a trail, not a mystery.
Incorrect shipments cost money, damage trust and trigger returns. Load the outbound order, scan all items being dispatched, and Loccuro shows in real time which items are verified, which are missing and which are unexpected — before anything leaves the building. Incorrect shipments are caught at the source, not at the destination.
Loading errors — short picks, mixed loads, wrong quantities — are typically discovered at the destination, long after the truck has left. Loading Verification lets operators scan items as they go onto the vehicle and tracks every item against the order manifest in real time: verified, pending, or unexpected. Problems stay at the dock, not on the road.
Know exactly what you have, where it is, and whether it matches what the system expects — in real time.
3 workflowsSometimes you just need to see what's physically in a location right now — without running a formal count. Inventory Scan is a quick visibility snapshot: select the location, scan, and every RFID-tagged item present appears on screen instantly. Useful for spot checks, auditor requests, and picking preparation without creating a formal movement event.
Physical inventory counts traditionally shut down operations for hours or days while teams count manually. Select a location, scan everything in range, and Loccuro automatically reconciles what's physically present against what the system expects — highlighting missing items, unexpected extras and confirmed matches. A full location count in minutes, not hours.
Managing orders across operators, locations and shifts without a unified tool creates chaos — things fall through the gaps between paper and spreadsheet. Create an order in Loccuro with a customer reference and target location, assign items by scanning, then track it through every stage: ready for pickup, in transit, delivered. Every transition is logged with operator and timestamp.
Build a complete location history for every asset — whether it moves through a gate, a zone, a rack or a supply chain loop.
5 workflows"Where is it now?" is only half the question — the other half is "where has it been?" Asset Tracking logs a timestamped location record every time an item is scanned, building a full movement history with operator, location and signal data. Over time, every tracked asset has a complete audit trail of everywhere it has ever been.
Pallets, crates and containers are expensive to lose and even more expensive to replace — but they're also the assets most likely to disappear into the supply chain. RTI Tracking follows every returnable transport item through the full loop from departure to return, with optional barcode pairing for partners still on non-RFID systems. Utilisation rates and return status are visible in the dashboard at all times.
Rental depots and storage facilities have no reliable way to track dwell time, utilisation or check-in/check-out history without manual logs that nobody keeps up to date. RFID Store automates check-in and check-out by scanning and tracks dwell time per item, location occupancy and rental history — enabling time-based billing and utilisation reporting without any manual input.
Data centre and IT teams routinely fail hardware audits because their asset register is inaccurate — equipment moves racks, gets redeployed or disappears without the database being updated. Tag servers and IT hardware with RFID, scan them at intake, deployment and decommission, and Loccuro maintains a live, timestamped register — rack, row, floor, site — automatically.
Some environments — cold stores, humid warehouses, outdoor yards — limit UHF RFID performance, leaving gaps in coverage. BLE Tracking uses Bluetooth Low Energy beacons to fill those gaps, logging detection events through the same location and movement infrastructure as RFID. Same dashboard, same audit trail, same operator app — just a different signal protocol where it's needed.
Automate the recording of every gate passage, zone transition and forklift move — no operator action required at the point of movement.
6 workflowsEvery entrance, exit and zone boundary is a data point — but staffing each one is impractical and expensive. RFID Gates mount antennas at doorways, dock doors and zone transitions and automatically log every tagged asset that passes through: identity, direction, timestamp — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no operator involvement required.
A gate that only knows an asset passed — not which way — gives you half the picture. Direction Detection uses a multi-antenna zone configuration to automatically determine whether items are entering or leaving: two antenna zones read in sequence, and direction is locked in after 1.5 seconds of inactivity. Inbound, outbound — every time, automatically, at 99.9% accuracy.
Forklift movements happen fast and in bulk — too fast for manual recording between lifts. An RFID reader mounted on the mast captures every tagged item as it's picked up, while floor tags at destination bays confirm arrival location automatically. The complete move — items, from-location, to-location — is logged without the operator ever touching a screen.
Even when operators need to record moves manually, the workflow has to fit the pace of forklift operations — not slow it down. Forklift Move is a guided four-step flow: select from-location, scan the load, select to-location, confirm. The complete move is recorded in the time it takes to set down the pallet, with both locations, all asset identities and operator logged automatically.
Paper pick lists on a forklift lead to picking errors and destination disputes that are hard to resolve after the fact. Forklift Order loads the pick list digitally, lets the operator scan items to verify them against the order, then confirms delivery at the destination using floor tags — automatically closing the order once everything is accounted for and delivered.
The last checkpoint before a shipment leaves should be automatic — not dependent on someone remembering to check the paperwork. Gate Order loads the outbound order at the gate, scans items as they pass through, and compares each tag to the order manifest in real time. Missing items and unexpected extras are flagged before the truck doors close — not after it arrives.
From the warehouse floor to the boardroom — everyone gets what they actually need.
No paper lists. No radio calls to the office. Loccuro shows exactly what to do next and confirms every action automatically — zero training required.
Live inventory, movement history and exception alerts — without waiting for end-of-day counts or updates from the floor.
Connect Loccuro to your ERP or WMS in days, not months. REST API and MQTT streams — no custom middleware, no changes to your existing systems required.
Asset losses you can track and explain. Audits that take minutes. Every asset and movement logged automatically — no manual reconciliation, no guesswork.
Attach a standard UHF RFID label to any product, asset, pallet, vehicle or piece of equipment. One tag per item — that's it.
Tags are read the moment they pass an RFID reader — whether someone walks through a gate, drives past on a forklift, rolls by on a conveyor, or moves through a scanning room. No action needed.
Loccuro processes every read and pushes updates to your live dashboard, ERP, WMS or any connected system in real time.
Operators work through guided workflows. Managers see live dashboards. Everyone gets the right information — automatically, without asking for it.
The software, config, and integration are ready well before the hardware arrives. Once it does, installation takes a few days.
We visit your site for a structured assessment — walking the floor, mapping your workflows, and evaluating the RF environment (materials, interference, tag placement). You receive a complete scope, hardware recommendation, and proposed use cases before signing anything.
Hardware is ordered immediately after sign-off. ERP and WMS integrations — including SAP, Dynamics 365, and common WMS platforms — are configured in parallel, so the software side is fully ready before a single reader arrives.
Hardware arrives pre-configured. Our team handles installation, or your own subcontractor can — we provide full mounting and setup instructions and the timeline is the same either way. Most sites are connected and tested within 1–2 days.
Operators are up and running in under an hour. First real scans logged on day one. The Loccuro platform handles configuration and updates — minimal IT overhead once you're live.
Loccuro works as a fully standalone web-based platform. If your company isn't ready to connect to an ERP or WMS — or simply doesn't need to — you get everything in the Loccuro dashboard: live inventory, scan history, asset tracking and reporting. No integration required to get started.
Pick your use case, adjust the numbers, and see your savings instantly.

No. Loccuro is built for warehouse operators, not developers. Your team uses guided mobile interfaces — scan, confirm, done. No coding, no configuration files. IT involvement is only needed once during the initial network setup for the RFID readers.
A read point is any RFID antenna or scanning device connected to Loccuro — a gate antenna, a handheld reader, or a forklift-mounted unit. Each one counts as one read point regardless of what it's used for. Pricing scales linearly: 3 read points = 3× the per-read-point price.
We work with certified Impinj RFID hardware and can source and configure it for you as part of a full deployment package, or connect to hardware you already have. During the demo we'll assess your site and give you a complete hardware recommendation.
A typical deployment is live within 4 weeks from signing. During the hardware lead time we set up your software configuration, integrations, and workflows so everything is ready when the hardware arrives. Physical installation takes 1–2 days, and most teams are fully operational on day one of go-live.
Yes. Loccuro exposes a REST API and MQTT event stream for every scan, order confirmation, and status change. We have existing integrations with Microsoft Dynamics and can connect to SAP, Infor, and custom WMS systems. It also runs standalone if you have no ERP yet.
With correctly positioned antennas and standard RFID labels — covered in detail in our deployment guide — read rates typically exceed 99% on moving pallets and carts passing through gates. Accuracy depends on label placement, tag density, and environment, which is exactly why we assess all of these during the on-site survey before installation begins.
Loccuro is billed monthly. After the initial pilot period — which we define together before you sign — there is no minimum term. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in.
Pricing scales linearly by read point. Add a gate, a handheld, or a forklift reader — each adds one read point at the same monthly rate as the rest. There are no setup fees for additional readers and no tier changes required unless you want to upgrade your plan. For large expansions across multiple sites, contact us for volume pricing.
All data is hosted in EU data centers, fully GDPR compliant. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is controlled per-tenant with role-based permissions — your data is isolated from other customers. We are headquartered in Sweden and operate under Swedish and EU law.
Loccuro is built on Impinj RAIN RFID hardware — the industry standard for warehouse and logistics RFID deployments. It also connects to any reader that communicates over LLRP (the standard RFID reader protocol) or MQTT. If you already have RFID hardware on-site, we'll assess compatibility during the on-site survey at no cost.
