Overview

Forklift movements happen fast and in bulk — too fast for manual recording between lifts. An RFID reader mounted on the mast captures every tagged item as it is picked up. Floor tags at destination bays confirm arrival location automatically. The complete move — items picked, origin location, destination — is logged without the operator ever touching a screen.

Mount the reader

RFID antenna is installed on the forklift mast, positioned to read tags on pallet-level loads.

Pick up the load

As the forks lift the pallet, the mast antenna reads all RFID tags on the load. Items are captured into an active session.

In transit

Tags are held in session while the forklift travels. No additional scanning needed.

Arrive at destination

Floor tags at each destination bay are read as the forklift approaches. Location is confirmed automatically.

Move recorded

The full move is logged: all item identities, origin zone, destination bay, timestamp — without operator interaction.
