Overview

Paper pick lists on a forklift lead to picking errors and delivery disputes that are impossible to resolve after the fact. Forklift Order loads the pick list digitally, lets the operator scan items to verify them against the order, and confirms delivery at the destination automatically using floor tags — closing the order when everything is accounted for.

The Problem

Order-driven forklift operations have a persistent accuracy problem: operators pick from paper or memory, mix orders under pressure, and delivery confirmation is a verbal "done". Errors are discovered by the customer, not at the dock.

Load the order

Select the order from the active queue. The pick list loads with all required items listed.

Scan items to pick

Scan RFID tags as items are loaded onto the lift. Each scan verifies the item against the pick list.

Navigate to destination

The app shows the delivery location. The operator drives to the destination bay.

Floor-tag confirmation

On arrival, the system reads the floor tag at the destination bay — location is confirmed automatically.

Deliver and close

Items are marked as delivered at the confirmed location. The order closes automatically once all items are accounted for.
