The last checkpoint before a shipment leaves should be automatic, not dependent on someone remembering to check. Gate Order loads the outbound order at the gate, scans items as they pass through, and compares each tag to the order manifest in real time. Missing items and unexpected extras are flagged before the truck departs — not after it arrives.

The Problem

Outbound gate checks are the last line of defence against incorrect shipments — but they are often skipped because there is no fast, reliable way to do them. Manual checks against paper manifests slow the dock and are unreliable under pressure.

Select the outbound order

Choose the order being dispatched from the ready or in-transit list at the gate terminal.

Scan items at the gate

Each item is scanned as it passes through the gate or is loaded. The gate reads tags automatically if RFID Gates are installed.

Real-time matching

Each scanned tag is checked against the order manifest instantly. Verified items are ticked off; anomalies are flagged.

Flag exceptions

Missing items appear in amber; unexpected extras in red. The operator is alerted immediately — not at the destination.

Release for dispatch

Once the order is confirmed complete, it is marked dispatched. A full gate validation record is saved.
