Workflow

Select asset type

Choose from your configured asset types — equipment, pallet, product, container, or any custom category.

Enter details

Optionally add an external ID (barcode, PO reference) and a product type for richer classification.

Scan the RFID tag

Hold the device near the tag. The EPC is captured and checked for duplicates automatically.

Assign a location

Select the current physical location — bay, zone, rack or site — where the asset now lives.

Confirm

The asset is live in Loccuro. From this moment every scan, move or gate passage updates its record automatically.
