Items move from bay to bay, floor to floor, building to building, and the system location record stays static because nobody logged it. Select from-location

Choose the current location — where the items are being picked up from.

Scan items

Scan all RFID tags on items being moved. Each is added to the movement list.

Select to-location

Choose the destination — where the items are going.

Review

Confirm all items and both locations look correct before committing.

Confirm

All items' locations are updated to the destination. A movement record is written with both locations, operator and timestamp.
