Loading errors — short picks, mixed loads, wrong quantities — are typically discovered at the destination, long after the truck has left. Loading Verification lets operators scan items as they go onto the vehicle and tracks every item against the order manifest in real time. Problems stay at the dock, not on the road.

The Problem

Once a truck leaves, loading errors become expensive: re-delivery costs, customer dissatisfaction, wasted transport capacity. Checking loads manually against a paper list is unreliable under time pressure at the dock.

Select the order

Choose the order being loaded from the active orders list.

Start scanning

Scan items as each is loaded onto the vehicle or into the container.

Track progress in real time

Every item is shown as pending, verified or unexpected. The manifest count updates as you go.

Resolve exceptions

Unexpected items and missing items are clearly flagged so they can be addressed before the doors close.

Complete loading

Confirm when fully loaded. A loading record is saved with the final item count, any exceptions, operator and timestamp.
