Tracking logs a timestamped location record every time an item is scanned — building a complete movement history with operator, location and signal data. Over time, every tracked asset has a full audit trail of everywhere it has ever been.

Activate Tracking mode

Open the Tracking use case on the operator app.

Scan at any location

Scan the asset's RFID tag wherever you are — dock, aisle, rack, site.

Record is written

Timestamp, location, operator identity and RSSI signal data are logged immediately.

Repeat at each stop

Each scan adds a new entry to the item's location history — no scan is overwritten.

View the full timeline

Open any asset in the dashboard to see a chronological location history across every scan event.
